Our Services, Your Responsibilities and Payment in Finland

What We Deliver

SEO, AI search, advertising, websites and automation as described in your proposal and on Services. Timelines depend on client feedback and third-party platforms.

What You Provide

Accurate information, timely approvals, and access needed to do the work. Delays caused by missing input may move delivery dates.

Payment and Taxes

Fees, deposits and recurring charges are as agreed in writing. Late payment may pause work. Prices exclude VAT unless stated otherwise, and Finnish VAT rules apply where relevant.

Intellectual Property, Content and Liability

On full payment, the client receives the agreed rights to the website and marketing materials created for them, excluding Enuva IT’s tools, templates and know-how, which remain ours. The client warrants that materials they provide do not infringe third-party rights. We are not liable for indirect loss, loss of profit, or for results affected by platform changes, for example Google, Meta or Shopify algorithm updates. Our total liability for a project is limited to the fees paid for that project.

Cancellation, Changes and Governing Law

Either party may end a project with written notice as set out in the proposal; work completed up to termination remains payable. Changes to scope must be agreed in writing and may change price and timing. These terms are governed by the laws of Finland, and disputes are resolved in Finnish courts, subject to mandatory consumer protections where applicable. See our Privacy Policy for data handling, and Case Studies for examples of our work.
