What Personal Data Do We Collect in Finland?
Contact Data
Name, email address and message content when you use the Contact form or email contact@enuvait.com.
Website Data
Technical data such as IP address, browser type and pages visited, used only to keep the site secure and to understand, in aggregate, what visitors find useful.
Client Project Data
Data a client chooses to share to deliver Services, such as website access, analytics and advertising account details, handled only for that project.
How We Use Data, Cookies and Third-Party Tools
We use data only for the purposes listed here: replying to enquiries, delivering and improving services, keeping the site secure, and meeting legal obligations. We do not sell personal data. Where we use analytics, advertising or chatbot tools — for example Google, Meta or Shopify where relevant to a client project — those providers process data under their own policies. See the official GDPR text at gdpr-info.eu for the regulation itself.
Cookies: Essential cookies keep the site working. Non-essential cookies, such as analytics or marketing cookies, are used only with your consent, which you can withdraw at any time through your browser settings or by contacting us. Our cookie approach is explained further in Insights and the Blog.
Your GDPR Rights and How to Exercise Them
You have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict your personal data, to receive it in a portable format, and to object to processing based on legitimate interests. You may withdraw consent at any time where consent was the basis. To exercise any right, email contact@enuvait.com — we aim to reply within one month. You also have the right to complain to your local supervisory authority, including in Finland.
Data Retention, Security and International Transfers
Contact enquiries are kept only as long as needed to reply and, where relevant, to maintain a client relationship — normally no longer than 24 months after last contact, unless a longer period is required by law or contract. We use reasonable technical and organisational measures, including access controls and encrypted connections, to protect data. Where data is transferred outside the EEA, we use appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.
Children’s Privacy
Our website and services are not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided personal data, please contact us at contact@enuvait.com and we will delete it promptly.
Changes to This Policy
If we change how we handle personal data, we will update this page and change the “last updated” date above. Material changes will be highlighted here. Our Terms of Service and About Us pages explain our services and approach in more detail.
